A voice that commands the room. A presence that defines it.
Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Aaniyah Anderson is a New Orleans–based vocalist whose commanding stage presence and disciplined vocal command have positioned her as a serious force within the city's live music scene. Classically trained at Interlochen Arts Academy and a 2025 graduate of Loyola University New Orleans' Music Industry Studies program, she blends technical precision with emotional depth across every performance.
Her live credits span some of the region's most respected stages — Snug Harbor, Preservation Hall, Tipitina's, French Quarter Fest, Funk Fest, the Dew Drop Inn, the Caesars Superdome, and Lucas Oil Stadium. She has been featured at the Recording Academy Memphis Chapter Party and has performed alongside The Revivalists, Shannon Powell, Craig Klein, and Kyle Roussel.
Her work extends into high-level studio collaborations, including a feature on Crossroads by 3× Grammy-winning producer Deezle Harrison, who also produced her debut single, Need You. Mentored by Grammy Award–winning vocalist Denisia Keys, she continues to refine a sound rooted in soul, jazz, R&B, and contemporary storytelling.
As she prepares to release her upcoming EP, The Becoming, Aaniyah steps into a defining chapter of growth and expansion — building a career grounded in longevity, excellence, and ownership.
Interlochen-trained, Loyola-educated, New Orleans–forged. Soul, jazz, R&B, and neo-soul — fluent across rooms.
Features with Deezle Harrison, Lareezy, Box Bangers Studios, Craig Klein, and Shannon Powell — and counting.
AMAnagement, Big Red NOLA Publishing, and the Voices of Tomorrow imprint — operating in concert, not catch-up.
Aaniyah is both the artistry and the infrastructure — the voice people remember and the calm that keeps the room coherent. The visual language is warm, bronze, organic, and intimate: never cold luxury, always grounded luxury. Suited for performances, curated events, stage management, artist-facing leadership, and trust-heavy rooms.
