Accessibility Statement

Byron Jupiter is committed to making bjupiter.com usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We design and develop with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target standard, and align with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML, landmarks, and a single H1 per page.
• Keyboard navigation with visible focus rings on every interactive element.
• Color contrast meeting or exceeding 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI.
• Descriptive alt text on meaningful images; decorative media marked as such.
• Captions or transcripts on substantive video and podcast content.
• Respect for prefers-reduced-motion on animation and autoplay video.
• Form fields with persistent labels and inline error messages tied via aria-describedby.

Conformance status

We self-assess as partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. We are actively remediating known gaps in third-party embeds (e.g. certain music player iframes) and re-auditing each release.
