Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to bjupiter.com and any goods, services, licenses, or downloads offered by Byron Jupiter, a brand of 1 Life 1 Family Ent. ("Company"). By using the site you accept these Terms.

Bookings & sessions

Production, scoring, mixing, and live session work is quoted per project. A signed scope and deposit (typically 50%) are required before studio time is reserved. Cancellations less than 72 hours from a booked session forfeit the deposit.

Licensing

Unless an exclusive agreement is signed, all beats, instrumentals, and compositions are licensed non-exclusively for the term and territory specified in the license. Sample clearance for any third-party recordings remains the licensee's responsibility unless explicitly warranted in writing.

Digital downloads & store

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment via on-page download and email link. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless the file is corrupted or undeliverable, in which case we will replace the file or refund the purchase.

Subscriptions

Subscription tiers renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds.

Intellectual property

All site content, masters, beats, photos, logos, and the "Byron Jupiter," "JUPE," and "Bag Getter" marks are owned by or licensed to the Company. Reproduction or commercial use without a written license is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from the site or services is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts seated in Orleans Parish.
