The Solid Sound Initiative pairs studio-grade producers and engineers with civic acousticians, transit designers, and public-space stewards to score urban infrastructure with permanent, industry-coded sonic identities.
The mission: bridge the gap between the recording arts and the civic soundscape through cross-training, resulting in signature sonic landmarks, economic empowerment, and a more legible, accessible built environment.
